REMOVAL OF MOST ABUNDANT HUMAN SERUM PROTEINS- $375
Removal of high abundance proteins from human biological fluids (using Genway-14 and supermix chromatography columns):
  • Preparation of human serum or human cerebrospinal fluid for affinity chromatography
  • Depletion of up to 207 most abundant proteins using a tandem chromatographic multi-affinity method
  • Sample concentration and desalting for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis
  • Proteins depleted include:

    • Albumin

    • a1-Antitrypsin
