REMOVAL OF 14 MOST ABUNDANT HUMAN SERUM PROTEINS- $320
Removal of high abundance proteins from human biological fluids (using a Genway chromatography column):
  • Preparation of human serum or human cerebrospinal fluid for affinity chromatography
  • Depletion of 14 most abundant proteins using a chromatographic multi-affinity method
  • Sample concentration and desalting for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis
  • Proteins depleted include:

    • Albumin                                          
    • Immunoglobulins A, G and M
    • a1-Antitrypsin
    • Transferrin
    • Haptoglobin
    • Fibrinogen
    • alpha2-Macroglobulin
    • alpha1-Acid Glycoprotein
    • alpha1-Antitrypsin
    • Apo A-I HDL
    • Apo A-II HDL
    • Complement C3
    • Apo B LDL
