REMOVAL OF 6 MOST ABUNDANT HUMAN SERUM PROTEINS - $325
Removal of high abundance proteins from human biological fluids (using an Agilent chromatography column):
  • Preparation of human serum or human cerebrospinal fluid for affinity chromatography
  • Depletion of 6 most abundant proteins using a chromatographic multi-affinity method
  • Sample concentration and desalting for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis

  • Proteins depleted include:

    • Albumin                                          
    • Immunoglobulins A, G
    • a1-Antitrypsin
    • Transferrin
    • Haptoglobin
